Clients will not have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their consultation sessions unless they have a genuine reason & if it is feasible for the company.

Technical Issues:

In the rare event of technical difficulties during a consultation session, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. If persistent technical issues significantly impact the session, we will work with the client to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
