After analyzing your inputs from the consultation call, we create a customized diet plan
Physical activity is just as important for a healthier life & sustainable results
If required, we will help you out with workout plans (home or gym) for no additional cost
Before your program duration starts, we'll reconnect again to explain your plan in detail to ensure you have no questions about the plans

Regular Follow Ups
Every week, we connect to review your progress and challenges
In our follow up calls, we review your progress & discuss any challenges you faced
We also suggest areas of improvement & how you can implement them
