About the clinic
Your body is the medium through which you experience the world.
Food arrives in a few clicks. Stress is higher than it was twenty years ago, and food is the comfort we reach for. Convenience takes over health, and it becomes a lifestyle before you notice. That is the part we are here to fix.

Qualifications
A clinical nutritionist, trained in a hospital before she trained anyone else.
Riddhi is a clinical nutritionist. She worked at a women's hospital before starting her own practice as The Diet Bliss, and that hospital habit of reading reports first has stayed.
How we work
Reports first, then your kitchen, then the weekly call.
We read before we plan
Your reports, your medication, your sleep and your work hours come before any plan is written. If something is missing we tell you which report to get, and only when it is genuinely needed.
Nothing gets banned by default
Rice, roti and the food your family already cooks stay in the plan. What changes is the portion, the timing and what goes with it.
The plan changes every week
A fifteen minute call every week, new plans every ten days. We ask what you skipped and why, then adjust rather than repeat the same chart.
What we do not do
Most people who come to us are not eating too much. They are eating too little of what their body needs, at the wrong times, under too much stress.
