Our programs and consultations are personalised services delivered digitally or in person. Because nothing physical is sold or shipped, there is nothing to return.
Once a consultation has taken place or a personalised plan has been prepared and shared, it cannot be returned.
If you are unhappy with any part of your program, please tell us. We would much rather fix it with you, for example by reviewing and adjusting your plan.
