Weight loss

Fat loss that is still there a year after the program ends.

No meal replacements, no cutting out grains, no plan you cannot cook at home. We take what your kitchen already makes, fix the protein and the portions, and change it every week until it holds on its own.

Why the weight is not moving

Almost never a willpower problem. Usually a protein, sleep and portion problem.

Most people who come to us have already eaten less for months. Skipped breakfast, salad for dinner, two weeks of enthusiasm, then a plateau and a rebound.

Eating too little slows things down and takes muscle with it, which makes the next attempt harder. Before we cut anything we look at what your thyroid, insulin and haemoglobin are doing, and how you actually sleep.

What clients arrive with

If three of these sound familiar, you are in the right place.

Weight that climbed slowly over three or four years with no obvious change

Lost weight on a strict diet, gained it all back within months

Eating far less than before and the scale still will not move

Clothes fitting differently even when the weight is the same

Fine until 6pm, then eating everything in the kitchen

Travelling or eating out four nights a week for work

Knees or back complaining, and told to lose weight first

Told your reports are fine, with no idea what to do next

Eating less is not the same as eating right. The plan starts with protein, sleep and portions, and only then with cutting anything.

How the plan works

Four things we change, in this order.

First

Protein at every meal

Enough dal, curd, paneer, egg or chicken at each meal so you stop losing muscle along with fat.

Second

Portions in katoris

Rice and roti stay. We set portions in katoris and spoons, not grams you will never weigh.

Third

The 6pm crash

Evening bingeing is a daytime problem. We move food earlier so the night stops being a fight.

Fourth

Strength and sleep

Two strength sessions a week and a fixed sleep window, so the weight that goes is fat.

What we track

Body composition: fat, muscle and water, not just weight
Waist measurement, monthly
Thyroid panel, fasting insulin and fasting glucose
Haemoglobin, vitamin D and B12
Sleep hours and step count, week to week

Foods people ask about

Rice and roti: stay, portioned and paired
Ghee and cooking oil: stay, measured by the spoon
Eating out: planned in, not apologised for
Protein powder: only if food genuinely cannot cover it
Detox drinks and fat burners: no effect worth paying for

Questions we get asked

Weight loss, answered plainly.

How much will I lose in a month?

Usually two to four kilos in the first month, then slower and steadier. Anyone promising more is promising water and muscle.

Do I have to stop rice and roti?

No. Both stay. What changes is the portion, what you eat them with and the time of day.

Will I gain it back afterwards?

Not if the plan was food you already eat. That is the point of building it from your kitchen rather than handing you a chart.

Do I need a gym?

Helpful, not compulsory. Two strength sessions a week can be done at home with very little equipment.

What if my thyroid or PCOS is the reason?

Then the plan is built for that first. Weight loss on top of an untreated condition is just frustration.

Can I do this from outside India?

Yes. Around half our clients consult online, with plans built around the groceries available where they live.

Riddhi's note

Almost everyone who walks in has already lost the same ten kilos two or three times. The problem was never the losing. It was that the plan belonged to someone else's kitchen, so it could not last.
